These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Aeon Intel ("AEON," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of aeonintel.pro and the AEON trading terminal, signal engine, market-maker and on-chain monitoring tools, and automated execution features (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy & Security Policy, incorporated here by reference.
AEON provides software tools for cryptocurrency market analysis and trading, including live multi-exchange price data, an algorithmic signal engine, market-maker and on-chain wallet monitoring, options/GEX analytics, and optional automated trade execution against exchange accounts you connect. AEON is a software provider — we do not hold, custody, or have access to your funds. All trading activity occurs directly on the third-party exchanges you connect to your account.
The Services are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction — including any laws governing cryptocurrency trading, which vary significantly by country and can change without notice. You are solely responsible for determining whether it is lawful for you to use the Services where you live.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at aintlsupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to require additional verification, suspend an account showing signs of compromise, or force-terminate active sessions where reasonably necessary to protect the account holder or the Services.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor, PayFast. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to trial-tier features; a payment method is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged, and you may cancel a paid subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Paid periods are non-refundable.
Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Prices can be extremely volatile, and you can lose some or all of the funds you trade with — including through automated execution configured through AEON.
Nothing provided through the Services — including signals, scores, conviction ratings, GEX analytics, on-chain data, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. AEON is a software and information tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager, and is not registered as one. Signals are generated algorithmically and may be wrong, delayed, or based on incomplete data; past performance of any signal, strategy, or historical result shown in the Services is not indicative of future results.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, including any decision to act — or to configure automated execution to act — on information provided by the Services.
Auto-Trade allows the Services to place and manage trades on your connected exchange account automatically, based on parameters you configure (position sizing, leverage, stop-loss/take-profit rules, and similar settings). By enabling Auto-Trade, you acknowledge and agree that:
To use automated execution, you connect an API key from your own exchange account. You are responsible for creating that key with trade-only permissions and no withdrawal permission, as instructed during setup. See our Privacy & Security Policy for how connected keys are encrypted and handled. AEON is not liable for losses resulting from API keys granted broader permissions than recommended, or from compromise of your exchange account credentials outside of AEON's systems.
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or activity prohibited by an exchange's own terms; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Services' underlying signal logic or source code; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; or share, resell, or sublicense access to the Services without our written consent.
The Services, including all software, design, signal methodology, and content, are the property of AEON or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own trading activity — nothing here transfers ownership of the Services to you.
The Services integrate with third-party exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Hyperliquid, HTX, Gate.io, Kraken, BingX) and other third-party infrastructure. We do not control these services, are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Any funds you trade remain held by the exchange you choose, not by AEON.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services — including immediately revoking active sessions — if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised, you have violated these Terms, or your use poses a risk to AEON, other users, or third parties. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you of the reason. Suspension freezes access without deleting your account or data; termination may result in deletion of your account data as described in our Privacy & Security Policy. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting aintlsupport@gmail.com.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Signal accuracy, uptime, and data timeliness are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEON and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of funds, arising from or related to your use of the Services — including automated execution, signal accuracy, or third-party exchange conduct — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability is not excluded by the foregoing, AEON's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to AEON in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AEON harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through the courts of South Africa; venue will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, by direct notice to users. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
